Vance Building, Seattle				This tie design was derived from the frieze on the Vance Building in Seattle. This building, designed by noted architect John Graham, was built in 1930. A terra cotta block design, The Vance is notable for this remarkable over-scaled frieze which is clearly visible from street level.
